Just spoke with my brother-in-law about this weekend. We are going out to his property in Northern Missouri with 10 or so other couples to ride ATV’s, fish, BBQ, and cause all sorts of mayhem in general. We are planning on grilling burgers and brats Friday night, smoking chickens with the WSM Saturday night, and roasting a whole pig on Sunday over a home-brewed pit. This is going to be a long week to say the least.
