how to change the oil and oil filter in a 1998 volvo s90?

I've been reading that changing the oil in a volvo is slightly different than for other cars. can someone give me step by step instructions on how to do it? Thanks for any help!

The S90 has a B6304F engine which really needs synthetic oil (Mobil 1 is good stuff). Depending on where you live, 10w30 is a decent grade. The oil filter is a regular ST16 from walmart (quality filter, surprise, surprise) though you can use the ST8
